On a woefully overcast and damp day Tony headed down to Berwickshire to discover and walk the Lowry trail.
The trail takes its followers around locations and places that inspired L S Lowry during his many visits to Berwick Upon Tweed, and the wider Berwickshire area. Starting through the Elizabethan Walls and into Berwick town centre, this 3 hour walk leads the inspired down to Tweedmouth and Spittal.
As part of his new series of works, Tony has been researching the ideas and witnessing the favoured views of the renowned artist.
This new series will be a collection of works paying homage to what Tony considers giants in the art world, including L.S.Lowry
